Dates are rich in Vitamin C, Magnesium, Sulfur, Fiber, which greatly enhance the wrinkles that increase with age. Not only can it reduce the appearance of wrinkles, but if you eat dates regularly, it can slow down the appearance of wrinkles.

Eating dates during pregnancy helps to overcome the complications of childbirth by causing rapid contraction and expansion of the uterine muscles during childbirth. This fruit also keeps the body healthy by reducing postpartum constipation and bleeding.

Describing the Benefits of Nutritious Dates The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Hazrat Saad ibn Abi Okkas (may Allaah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Can’t. ‘(Bukhari and Muslim)
Moreover, eating dates is also the Sunnah of the beloved Prophet (S.A.W.). Therefore, to meet the nutritional needs of food and to survive from poisoning and magic, it is better to eat any date, including the ‘ajwa’ date declared in the hadith.
During fasting, one has to stay on an empty stomach for a long time, due to which the body needs a lot of glucose. This deficiency is easily filled as dates contain a lot of glucose. Dates increase nervous strength by eliminating physical weakness very quickly. Hot or cold fever or contagious fever, sore throat or cold problem, dates fighting against shortness of breath. Dates have many properties. Dates contain water, minerals, carbs, sugars, calcium, iron, vitamin B-16, vitamin B-28 and a small amount of vitamin C. Since dates are rich in nutrients, they need to be on the food list not only during the month of Ramadan but throughout the year to keep the body healthy.
Narrated by Hazrat Aisha (R.A.): “The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, “If you break the fast of the morning by eating the azwa dates of Al-‘Aliyah, it works as a cure for all kinds of magic or poisoning.” (Musnad Ahmad, Hadith 23592)
Ibn Qayyim wrote in his book Tibb al-Nabawi: “For the people of Al-Madinah, dried dates are their main food, just as wheat is the staple food of other people. Which is nutritious and has medicinal properties, which is conducive to the body of most and plays a vital role in the production of natural heat, and does not produce harmful wastes like dates, other foods and fruits, but protects body wastes from decomposing, especially for those accustomed to eating dried dates “
