Hazrat Anas (R.A.) said that the color of the Prophet (peace be upon him) was bright, his sweat was blessed like pearls. He used to walk leaning forward. I have not touched any silk softer than his hand. I have not found in any meshak-amber more fragrant than his fragrance.
Hazrat Jabir ibn Samura (R.A.) said: “I performed the Fajr prayer with the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and then he was on his way to Mubarak. On the way, he put his hands on the faces of all the children he saw, at one stage on my face as well. I felt such tenderness and fragrance that it was as if he had just brought Mubarak out of the perfume box.” (Muslim)
Narrated by Anas Ibn Malik (R.A.), “The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Allah has created the pure ‘red rose’ to spread the fragrance of all His Prophets (peace and blessings of Allah be upon them). Huzur Nabi Karim (SAW) has said: – Whoever wants to get the fragrance of me, let him take the fragrance of red rose flower.”(Nuhatul Majlis, Volume 2)
Narrated by Urwa bin Masood (R.A.), “Whenever the beloved Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) spat Mubarak, one of the Companions would take it in his hand and spit it on Mubarak’s face and body.” (Bukhari Sharif, Volume 1)
Hazrat Umm Sulaiman (may Allah be pleased with her), the mother of Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with her), was resting in a bottle filled with the sweat of the beloved Prophet (PBUH). The beloved Prophet woke up and asked, “O Umm Sulaiman, what are you doing?” He prayed, O Messenger of Allah! It’s your sweat Mubarak that will blend into our fragrance. This is the best fragrance.” (Bukhari)
